Autumn/Winter beauty favourites*

When can one even start to begin thinking about what product they want to buy with thousands of different make-up brands all over the world fighting to be the best. Seasons are changing and there is always a new product on the market which no one can keep up with. I thought long and hard about the sort of blog post I wanted this to be about... but I finally decided to make it about my autumn/winter make-up routine. Some of these items might have been in my everyday make up *summer*, so I do apologize but what can I do if I love them to pieces.

Real techniques buffing brush - I use this to blend in my foundation and it works like a goddess, what more can I say. It buffs in your foundation evenly all over the skin and helps to even it out under the chin so you can say goodbye to orange lines! It makes any foundation look great on your skin.

Maybelline le colossal volum'express mascara - If you're like me and you love a smokey eye in the evenings then this is a great mascara to go for, it does exactly what it says on the tube; volumes the lashes and gives a lovely smokey feel to your eyes. Its not sticky and it lasts for the whole night, sometimes it does tend to smudge at the corners but that just gives more definition to your smokey eye.

Mac Ladyblush cremeblend blush - This blush is perfect all year round, a warm coral pink that gives you an extra boost of colour. It has a lovely smooth creamy texture to it, I find it easier to put on using my fingers as it doesn't always work for me using a blusher brush.

Liz Earle black eyeliner pencil - Now this I have to admit came free with my Vogue subscription along with another Liz Earle lip gloss which I love. Its gorgeous smudged after applying to the eye lids, again is perfect if you want to create a smokey eye. Its not the darkest shade of black so it doesn't look as nice not smudged in, but would highly recommend to someone who is in need of a smudgeable pencil liner.

Last but not least Mac Mineralize skinfinish natural - Where to begin?... If you are the sort of person who needs a powder to set their foundation in place all day, then this is PERFECT for you. Its a luxurious face powder with minerals and creates a matte finish, it provides perfect low coverage and is used to set foundation or if you are in need of a touch up throughout the day.
