Top 3 foundations on the highstreet
I thought I'd do a post about some of my favourite very affordable foundations as its coming up to winter and I tend to wear foundation in the colder months. I have also been at school for a weeks now and these are my top 3 foundations that look natural but still give you medium coverage.
Rimmel Match Perfection - This is a light-medium coverage but you can build it up to be more medium than light coverage. I would say that it lasts up to 5 hours which is perfect for school and the selection of colours Rimmel do are very good. I have mine in the colour ivory which goes perfectly with my skin colour. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to someone who likes full coverage as it doesn't cover everything. Its quite dewy looking and needs to be put with a power over the top if you have oily skin.
L'oreal true match - This is my favourite foundation out of the 3 as its quite matte looking and very good medium cover but you can build it up. It has SPF 17 in it and its very true to my skin shade and has a very good range of different colours. It has a silky texture and feels light weight on the skin. It costs £9.99 which I think is a great price for the quality it has.
Rimmel wake me up - Now used to be my absolute favourite as it has a hint of shimmer to it and looks lovely in the summer and the winter because it gives you a healthy glow. The only downside is that you need about 2 pumps to get a good coverage but if you don't mind using this much product then its perfect for you.
I hope this helped if you are looking for a new foundation
