Naked Basics Palette

I am and always will be a huge fan of very neutral eye-shadow shades. I love how easy they are to wear and its just a nice touch to finish off a make-up look. I already own the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette but its very warm toned so I wanted something cool toned, dainty and easy to throw in my bag if I'm in a hurry (which is most of the time). I was searching online for something like that and so many people recommended this 'Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette'. Having known how good their eye-shadows are I really couldn't not pick one up for myself. And I know what you're all thinking 'I'm so behind with this hype' but it's always nice to find something you love. 

Now talking through the different tones it goes from pale tones to a very deep black. Two of my favourites have got to be 'NAKED 2' and 'FAINT'. One is a very cool toned pale brown whereas the other is a very dark warm matte brown and looks perfect through the crease.

Another thing I love is the packaging, its so smart and sleek. I do like how it doesn't come with any brushes as I would never use them myself. The addition mirror is also very handy and means that you don't need to carry an extra one.

Urban Decay have also just brought out the 'Naked Basics 2' which looks lovely, so I would love to hear your thoughts about it. Which palette do you prefer out of the two?
