You can't go wrong with a navy blue nail varnish. This one is by JULEP is the perfect blue; not to dark and not too light. I hadn't heard of this brand before but when I received a set of 3 nail polishes for Christmas I felt as though I had been living under a rock for quite some time. The formula is so creamy and when it dries it gives the perfect shine to the nails. And not just the formula is great but the lasting power of these nail varnishes are amazing. They are definitely up there with OPI varnishes. Another thing I do like is that the colour is true to the colour you see in the bottle. The only down side to these is that they are quite pricey for a nail varnish at $14.00. If you look on their website they have a range of different colours so you will definitely be spoiled for choice.
