HAUL: Mac

I have now finally started a mac eye shadow palette and yes I'm aware I'm a bit late to the party. I can't wait to finish this palette and already have my eye on a few shades.

I have been looking for a pinky matte shade that I can use as a tradition colour and I think I've found it. It just about goes with anything and is the perfect matte nude called 'malt' which not very many bloggers talk about but its a gorgeous colour. It looks perfect with 'all that glitters' which is the shade next to it and I have heard a lot of bloggers obsessing over recently. This one is a shimmery pink and is very similar to the maybelline colour tattoo in pink gold except that it's not a cream eyeshadow. I love wearing this all over my lid. It looks very natural which I love and I just about wear it every day.  To make sure my eyeshadows stay in place all day, I wanted to try out one of the Mac paint pots which im sure everyone has heard of by now. I wanted one that would be very natural so I opted for macs famous 'soft ochre' which looks a bit like a concealer. I have to say it can look a little bit drying if i try and blend it in but to stop this from happening I try to just pat a small amount onto my eyelids. Having said this it does the job very well and my eyeshadows seem to last all day. Finally yes I got another Mac lipstick but I love them so much. This one is a pinky nude called 'Shanghai spice' and is in a creamsheen which makes it very moisturising on my lips.
