Aquatic Treasures

Since I've only got 1 more exam to go I thought I would write up a few blog posts so that I can still keep up with my schedule as it hasn't been going to plan recently...
Since we're now in the middle of May I thought it was time to speak about these two beautiful products which are new from Clarins. I must say this collection just looks beautiful don't you think?

First off we have the Instant light radiance boosting complexion base in the shade 'apricot' which gives a lovely radiance to the skin. It's a product that is perfect for the summer time as it gives you a very natural healthy glow. This product can either be applied on its own or mixed in with your foundation. I prefer to use this underneath a tinted moisturiser  or CC cream as it gives just the right amount of radiance. This product works amazingly well without looking like you've covered yourself in shimmer unlike some other products I've tried in the past. Its priced at £26 which I think is a good amount for the quality of this product. That being said if you have ever tried any of the Clarins products they don't seem to disappoint.

If you haven't heard of the limited edition Ombre Iridescente in 03 Aquatic Grey which is a shimmery toned grey/blue. These are priced at £19 which is quite pricey for an eyes hadow however I am definitely looking at purchasing the 01 Aquatic Rose which is apparently quite similar to mac 'all that glitters'. These beautifully enhance your eyes and can be worn both in the day and in the evening. The lasting power and pigmentation on these products are incredible and are very buildable

Have you tried any products from the Clarins limited edition Aquatic Treasures collection?

  1. I don't own any Clarins products, but this post has intrigued me into having a look at their products! The eye shadow is so glittery and amazing, love it! xo
