MAKE-UP IN 5 MINUTES
I was watching Grey's Anatomy and somehow it got me thinking back to my blog. I can't quite believe its been over a year since I last posted. After taking a gap year last year to work and do some travelling I decided to apply to Uni. So while I'm writing this I am currently at uni studying Hair & Make-up design and am loving it. I'm going back to basics with this blog and sharing with you all my favourite beauty things and maybe some fashion favs. I've also changed the style of my blog let me know if you like it.
I wanted to share with you my top 5 make-up essentials when running out of time and leaving the house in a hurry.
Starting off with the base I like to apply a small amount of concealer under my eyes to cover up those dark circles and then around my nose to cover redness. The one that I'm using at the moment is the Maybelline fit me concealer in the shade 10 as I am very pale this time of the year. After that I like to apply a cream contour to the contours of my face e.g. nose, cheek bones and around my forehead. I like to use creams as they give a more natural finish. I then apply eyeshadow to the centre of my eyelids and then curl and coat my lashes with Benefit roller lash. This is still my all time favourite mascaras and has been for a couple of years now. The one thing I forgot to add is obviously a lipstick. My go to at the moment is Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in 'pillow talk' which is a pinky nude and perfect to wear everyday.
