February favourites

Everyone always says how much this month has flown by but it really has! Today is my 17th birthday and I really don't know how it's already March. As you know I hardly ever do monthy favourite posts but I decided to do something a bit different to what I normally do. I have some makeup and skincare products I have been loving through February and then a necklace I have had since I was young but completely forgot about.

Firstly lets start with skincare. My skin hasn't been great for the past few months and taking all my makeup off at the end of the day always seems to take so long. But I have been loving the new Garnier Micellar Water as its really soft on my skin and doesn't feel sticky or drying. After I've taken off all my makeup I use the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo which is one of the best products I have ever used.It not only hydrates the skin but it also helps to prevent and get rid of any spots.

Next I have one favourite mascara. My friend Sonita (SPbeauty) has always loved the Estee Lauder mascara and I always admire how long her eyelashes are. I have had this mascara for a little while now but is it still in perfectly good condition so I wanted to retry using it once again and its better than ever. It lengthens and gives volume to the lashes which is two things I look for in a mascara.

I have also been loving wearing eye shadow since I'm starting to build up my 15 mac eyeshadow palette. To apply eye shadow you obviously need a brush. This one from zoeva is the perfect shape and size to buff in your eye shadow so it looks natural.

I never normally wear much jewellery but recently I have been wearing my watch, pandora bracelet (which I completely forgot I had) and an old silver necklace that I got from my auntie when I was little.
